Very nice tool, but poorly presented. I tried to brag on Lorax and its ability to place sequence into gene families in the AgBioData white paper, but couldn't find a URL to reference. There is no hint that one can do this from the button text or from the scant information on the input form unless one looks really carefully. There is no description on the LegFed tools page (https://legumefederation.org/tools). Being able to point to this functionality in the project report and proposal will be valuable.
I was confused by the lack of a submit button on the first form. Could the "Upload File" button be renamed to "Submit"? It is a little confusing to have the file upload on its own page, but understand Drupal's limitation. One has the sense of leaping into the unknown when pressing the upload button. Maybe make it clear that there is another form? Give some hints of what will be asked for on the next form?
AHRD - explain exactly what this is and where it comes from.
This one analysis does functional annotation and places sequence into a gene families ... can the user choose to just do one or the other, or both?
