Real-time car location simulation

We definitely need to show vehicles' real-time location in the future.

Now, since we don't have any real data, we can use android to send location info and communicate with our server by socket.

The problem is:

• we need a ruby script to receive data sent from android.

Anyone is welcomed and appreciated to handle this task!
