Having to go through a config file is tedious and complicated without proper documentation (and even then...)

I'd like to be able to customize the notifications I see by simply typing github-updates config in the terminal.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing a documentation simple enough for people to easily understand how to customize the tool.
