Add moodle mobile app support

No doubt this is a great plugin . adding mobile app support will definitely increase its usability and accessibility.

@sdnyanesh I am not promissing we will add this functionality but I am surely willing to see if it's worth. That said - if you are a Moodle developer feel free to deliver a patch. If you are not, but have an organisational budget for supporting Moodle community plugins we would really appriciate a contribution on this.
