Feature Request: Ability to Choose Colors for Text Types

While UI themes and dynamic coloring based on character and all that are a thing, I would like to humbly request just some basic coloring options as that's hopefully easier to develop.

• Quoted Text
• Italic Text

I've got old eyes over here but refuse screen readers, so the basic dialog versus narration goes a long way. Don't care if it's RGB or hex codes or whatever. Consider it an accessibility issue to help out an old lady here. 🤣

I am aware of the lack of colour controls. I want to refactor the theme manager and colour calculation system to allow more customisation, both app-wide and character-specific.

I will put this on the back burner because it requires a significant change to the codebase, and I want to add some features before working on a major refactoring.
