Support more than just General Active Collab Job Types

This could be done easily with tags for specific job types, configured in a plugin with mapping information.
But not all job types appear to be active on all projects so best if users configure it manually I think and are knowledgeable of which ones they may use.

Sadly Toggl only has one billable hour configuration and currency.
So the currency amounts shown for billable would be different in Toggl reports to Active Collab ones.

However, these are just tools for tracking what time we spend on various tasks, when invoicing is done it is done from Active Collab which integrates to Xero and the hours/times charged out might actually get modified there manually so we dont really look at the reporting in Toggl for what we actually invoice.
