Configure openbox

We chose openbox as a window manager and it works but it needs some configuring. We should add some toolbar and maybe a wallpaper. Also, openbox is not executed on startup, we could fix that too

Right now, I'm working on running openbox on login, so it would be the best if you started working on adding some keymaps or a toolbar if you know any cool ones. Once I'll finish it, this issue is all yours if you wish :)

On meeting with rocket guys, we were asked to add tint2 task bar and black window title bars.
