Update Registration Form Appearance

Right now on event details pages there is one button to register for an event. This allows one to log in via CCB or to create a fresh account, but the interface is confusing. Right now it shows both interfaces.

There should be two buttons - one that allows one to login and have the info. auto-filled from one's account info. The other that allows one to register as a new individual and creates an account in the process.
