Write text on the frontend and show on the Liquid Galaxy feature

To do:

• Create a form on the user interface that contains a text editor
• Get the text from the text editor and convert to an image (with a good aspect ratio, that can look beautiful on Liquid Galaxy)
• Give the user the possibility to choose the background of the image
• Save it like it is just an image
• On edit, convert to text again, and back to image if needed

What I can understand from the problem statement is that i have to create a seprate page of functionality that can convert a text to image and vice versa. Can u assign me this issue?
