Deleted media on slide media list doesn't update on EDIT #6
Description
When creating/editing slides inside the presentation builder, users have the option to insert/edit/delete media from a selected slide. All the media for the slides is showed up to user in a data table.
On the specific case of the editing a presentation, after a new media is deleted, it doesn't show up in the data table right away even though it was successfully deleted.
The desired behavior is as soon a media is created/edited/deleted it shows up the modifications in the data table, real time, no reloads or redirects.
