API Request show Vercel Verification Page

I am using API in PHP application curl it was working fine before but for the last few days it has shown vercel verification page please see the screenshot attached

I have also been running into issues with using the API all of a sudden? its denying my requests asking for an API key on the "No-CORS, no auth API that's publicly available". My Curl requests are retuning 'Vercel Security Checkpoint' and my direct connections to the site through html is 'API key required. See: github.com/lissy93/who-dat'
