Install the "macOS High Sierra" app

Download the macOS High Sierra app from the AppStore. You can find the app in the app store when you search for High Sierra:

Execute the script

Run the create_iso.sh script. This will create a HighSierra.iso file in the directory from which you run the script. You can use this iso file to install macOS, e.g. by mounting it as a CD in a virtual machine.
