[Feature Request] Plugin for Dreame robo vaccuum cleaners

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I recently bought a Dreame D20 vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, the low-price products from that company (a Xiaomi offspring, afaik) dont have matter support. I would like to add the D20 to my Apple Home using matterbridge.

I would likt to have support for Dreame RVC vi matterbridge-plugin

Describe alternatives you've considered
there is an iobroker-adapter available (here), which is able to read the Dreame-Cloud values and store them into the MQTT tree. I am, however, not skilled enough to create a yahka-device for homekit (plus: robovacs are only supported via matter in homekit afaik).

What does your Dreame plugin expose or allow for that the matterbridge-hass plugin doesn't support? I'm just looking to be able to do targeted room cleaning in Apple Home/Homekit.

the hass rvc entity is quite limited. targeted room cleaning won't be possible if using matterbridge-hass to expose a hass rvc entity, as it lacks functionality for rvc service areas (and some other rvc matter feats as well)
