1. IF SOMEONE GIVES PR WITHOUT INFORMING THE UPDATES IN ISSUE, WE HAVE TOTAL RIGHT TO MARK IT AS SPAMMY

2. Pr should cover atleast
   2 files or atleast 20 line of codes for level 1 GSSOC,
   40+lines for level 2 GSSOC,
   60+lines and atleast 3 files for level 3
   FOR HACKTOBERFEST GUYS! AS YOU HAVE ONLY 4 PR's TRY TO TACKLE BIG ISSUES

3. same code should not be deleted and written again in different form unless required

4. only solve problems related to your issue
