How to configure first time installation? I get httpd error 503

Hi!
try to install Lychee4. Get it by git clone. I use postgreesql14, all things are configured
php artisan lychee:diagnostic return only:
Warning: Dropbox import not working. dropbox_key is empty.
it is normal, i don't configure dropbox

when i try to open my website http://192.168.90.20 i get
503 ../storage and sub-directories are not writable. Please set the proper access rights.

public/storage links to ../storage/app/public/
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 apache root 22 апр 26 14:19 storage -> ../storage/app/public/

storage and all subfolders have:
drwxrwsrwx. 8 apache root 96 апр 25 20:57 storage

i try chown:

Can you try to do a chown -R www-data:www-data . ?
Apache web user is usually called www-data instead of apache

from my /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
User apache Group apache
and my /etc/passwd don't have www-data and /etc/group too

Believe me, I know what account my apache works under

Unfortunately, I am not sure I am able to help.
The diagnostics clearly indicate that the migration run fine etc.

my Lychee is working
I have folders on my linux server /mnt/share/big/PhotoAlbum/ - all my photos
/mnt/share/big - samba share
right on folderr is:
drwxrwxr-x. 46 sambauser sambagroup 4096 апр 8 01:43 PhotoAlbum
in sambagroup all my user acount - admin_for_lychee, root, apache, lycheeadmin(user for postgreesql)

i try "import from server", write /mnt/share/big/PhotoAlbum/, check Symbolic Links and have error "The given path is not readable directory"

I login in Lychee as admin_for_lychee
What rights are missing on my mnt/share/big/PhotoAlbum ?
