FutureWarning: Default value of Regex will change from True -> False

when using the package I see this warning:
site-packages/pandas_dedupe/utility_functions.py:17: FutureWarning: The default value of regex will change from True to False in a future version.

I assume the devs will eventually notice this and fix it, but it should be easy enough to provide an explicit input to that keyword argument.
