• Add new Dynamic Dotplot

  SynMap's old dotplot uses static images generated on the client side. Zoom is performed by redrawing a region on the client side and serving up a new page. The new Dynamic dotplot will allow for zooming within the canvas and being able to enable and disable features present on the toolbar. Additional data require will be loaded in the background and rendered into the client.

• Migrate CoGeBlast to JEX

  CoGeBlast needs to be migrated to use the new job engine. All computations need to be moved out of the apache process and into the job engine.
