HABET Mission 169 are flights related to the National Eclipse Ballooning Project (NEBP) led by Montana State University and will launch high-altitude balloons for both the Annular and total eclipses taking place in the United States. The Annular Eclipse will occur on October 14th, 2023, and the Total Eclipse will occur on April 8th, 2024. HABET will launch from New Mexico for the Annular Eclipse and at Carbondale, IL for the Total Eclipse.
