Leverage the Hyperfy cv-viewer to enable easy GLB minting of parcels.

Goals:

Include only base structure
Use some IPFS plan to ensure pinning for a number of years
Require a small ETH fee when minting which goes towards pinning
Mint on mainnet due to number of 3d apps already pulling metadata from there

We would be open to expanding this list. Feel free to add ideas.

Feature request: make the parcel preview for the NFT a glb so that it can be easily imported into different apps
Metadata to include:

everything current parcel has
filetype (.glb)
snapshot timestamp
filesize (MB)
