Warn if content box has been changed since page load while editing

When submitting the form after having edited a content box, if the same content box has been edited by someone else in the meantime, the page should display the differences between the two versions and give the user an option of which version to keep - or a way of merging them (advanced). This can be facilitated by using django-simple-history.
