We need a technical breakdown of how to best handle "Expiration Timestamps" on both chains. EVM has EIP-5643, but Soroban’s storage model is unique.
Goal
Create a research document in docs/research/expiration-logic.md comparing the gas/resource efficiency of different timestamp tracking methods.
