[Feature] Add Export-to-CSV for Reputation Rankings

CSV Export for Reputation Scores

Description
While Drips integration is the primary focus, some DAOs still require legacy data exports. This task adds support for manual reporting workflows.

Task

• Add a CSV export button to the apps/web admin dashboard
• Enable admins to download the current month’s reputation scores

Goal
Provide immediate utility for DAOs that have not yet fully migrated to automated Drips distributions.

I’d love to work on this feature.

Before starting, I wanted to confirm:

• Should the CSV include exactly the columns shown in the admin table?
• Is there already an API endpoint for fetching the current month’s reputation data, or should I reuse the existing dashboard data source?
• Any preference for filename format (e.g. reputation-YYYY-MM.csv)?

Once confirmed, I can start implementation.
