The findings of this study paint a bleak picture of the multifaceted consequences of the Taliban's restrictions on women's employment in Afghanistan. These restrictions have not only inflicted significant economic hardship but also undermined fundamental human rights, exacerbated gender inequalities, and jeopardized the well-being of entire communities. Addressing these issues requires a comprehensive approach that prioritizes the rights and needs of Afghan women, promotes inclusive economic development, and upholds the principles of gender equality and human dignity.
