500 Internal Server Error for ACOTSP Training Instances #22

I am trying to download the ACOTSP training instances from https://iridia.ulb.ac.be/irace/files/tsp-instances-training.tar.bz2, but it returns a 500 internal server error.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the iridia web server, so I cannot update that webpage. However, you can find all instances (and more) here: https://iridia.ulb.ac.be/supp/IridiaSupp2016-003/index.html
