I have this message for PCSE00965 but i see the zRIF key in GATME.txt file

Hello my friend, I'm working on a new version pulling the data from nopaystation, both for pkg and for downloading from DLC and for PFS, but I'm only releasing the version in April, now I'm wrapped up with college and tests are me leaving without hair lol.

Hi this error still happens. I also tried using the psvpfsparser by itself but it seems to fail decrypting.
