您好，我在下載了 release 0.1.4 版本之後直接解壓縮並執行程式

如果我直接點擊 maa-y.exe 不會有任何視窗跳出來

如果使用 powershell 開啟的話，則會跳出以下警告，不確定這個警告是否會影響使用
如果會影響的話，我該如何修正他?
