Describe the bug
When i add some custom filetypes like ppsf or ustx for example it makes the ppsf file the ustx icon because its the second one I added but it refuses to reflect in finder.
Then when i look all of the icons missing icons, IconChamp makes them one of those icons instead?
Is there a way to fix this issue or get a work around?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add a new extension/filetype.
add the icon,
make a nother file type,
add a different icon.
all other blank icons become the second icon file added.
Expected behavior
I expected it to make only the icon file i added to the singular file type/extension
to change and not change all of the blank ones overall.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Additional context
Its supposed to, to my knowledge change only the edited extension file and not all of the other ones.
