Cannot set resolution correctly on Macbook M1 Pro 14-Inch

I am running the latest Universal 2 build on my Macbook M1 Pro 14-Inch.
I am unable to set it to the full resolution of my screen. I am only able to set it to 2048 x 1536. Even then, the game doesn't occupy the full screen.

You can go to the file baseq3/q3config.cfg and change these lines:

seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_customheight "1964"
seta r_customwidth "3024"
