You can install web3.py and qrcode libraries using pip

pip install web3 pip install qrcode[pil]

Truffle and the OpenZeppelin Solidity library

npm install -g truffle npm install @openzeppelin/contracts

Create a new Truffle project and navigate to its root directory

truffle init

Deploy the contract to a testnet (e.g., Rinkeby) by running

truffle migrate --network rinkeby
