Support Mixed Reality Applications Build

Since VRSight runs post hoc there's opportunity to hotswap a real-world dataset and demonstrate its effectiveness in mixed reality applications. I demo'd the system at CHI and UIST by pointing it at real people walking by and it detected users as 'avatars' and name badges as 'sign-text', so it should be basically plug & play.

I'd like to support a build that's basically exactly the same as the current one but with a real-world model (COCO might be a fine enough demo) applied to a real-world use case (outdoor navigation..?)
