Feature request - use on only cms pages not blocks

It would be very handy to be able to disable PageDesigner on content blocks, often I use content blocks for small bits of content, having the full PageDesigner ui and markup is not necessary. An option in config to define if you want to use PageDesigner on CMS pages, Content Blocks, or both, would be ideal.
