Changing order of rows is not saved

Hi :), maybe you can take a look at this one because I'm out of ideas why it might happen.

After some time the rows get "stuck" in their current position on a page or get the wrong order.
After you manually re-order them and hit "Save", no re-ordering happens.

Try this:

1. Create a new page
2. Add 3 PageBuilder rows with some content.
3. Hit save
4. Re-open that page, try to reorder the rows -> hit Save.

Magento version: 2.3.1 -> 2.3.5 (tried with multiple versions)
PageDesigner version: 4.1.3, 4.2.0 (tried with multiple versions)
