Currently, when scrolling, the searchbar in List page gets scrolled with the page.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make so that searchbar sticks to the top when scrolling.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Put CSS for ion searchbar to 'position:sticky' and 'top:0'.
