How generate custom token and show list tokens

You can change the token lifetime in the advanced settings under the api/token_ttl setting. There is no way to do it on a per-token basis.

And is there a way to see the current list of tokens for the user?

At the moment, no, however there is an action on for revoking all tokens for the current user.
