Remove Project Delete Option for Project Editors

Feature Description

Delete project option is not visible or doesn't respond to those who have been added as an Editor to modify a project.

Why is this feature important?

This feature would guard against the accidental deletion of projects by someone contributing materials to a project through the Access--Editor--Modify project feature.

User Stories

We recently had a small class using Manifold to share their final projects. Each student was to upload their written text to Manifold. The day the final was due, the entire project was deleted. The instructor couldn't grade the final as there was no backup to what was posted in Manifold and some students had submitted early and were already away on break.
