Describe the bug
DWM Popups shows:
Checked that the process is suspected to have crashed abnormally and has stopped autoloading.

To Reproduce
When I open a file with uncertain type, as soon as the OS popups a column(pics below) to select an app to open it, DWM collapsed...

I have the almost same issue on Win11 LTSC 24H2 but it happens sometimes while switching between apps using ALT+TAB
