[1.19.2] Not compatible with Spartan Weaponry once optimisation mods are involved

I've been playing someone's custom modpack and I've run into an issue where trying to add optimisation mods causes the game to crash on load, citing Spartan Weaponry as an issue even though they don't seem related at all.

I've been able to add Ferrite Core, Immediately Fast, ModernFix, FPS Reducer, FastBoot, and Remove Reload Screen, but beyond that, I haven't been able to add anything else.
This is also the case with Road Stuff.

I had this happen before, and I don't have any optimization mods installed, which makes me think it's a full-on incompatibility with Spartan Weaponry. Weirdly enough, it only happens if I also have Growthcraft installed, which is crazy.
