[Suggestion] A new tool to rotate, in order to get easier to paint lines without accidentaly rotate a block

When you put lines on asphalt, on a big road, keeping mouse button pressed and moving, it's too easy to rotate instead of just place the line. Can you make another tool to rotate and make the brush cannot rotate please?
