Thank you for creating such a comprehensive and clear GWAS tutorial. I recently completed your tutorial (https://github.com/Truongphi20/GWA_tutorial) and noticed a few areas where minor updates could improve portability and clarity.

I would like to propose making these small changes and creating a pull request for your review before merging. Since I have already completed the tutorial, this would be a quick process.
