Changing research while having selected a recipe or preferred building/recipe that is now disabled

If you select a recipe, preferred building or preferred recipe and then change the research progress where that is not available anymore, it is still selected.

This is still an active bug, need to look into this. I think a hurdle I had when I first looked into this was when to actually trigger this check? Maybe when changing from research and opening the calculator page and then downgrading any preferred buildings from disabled ones.
