If there is a copy of a recipe sharing with another one due to ingredient results then combine together into the larger one.

Another good example is Antimatter Fuel Rod, which can use the hydrogen produced via Mass Energy Storage for the necessary antimatter. Direct solution could be for the solver to check all necessary recipes first, see what leftovers can be reused, then lastly a pass through the alternate preferred recipes?
