This seems done, so issue could be closed, see REQUIRE (I've never seen REQUIRE_0.3 used before, expect to be only informational, copy of older, still with Color).

[Hopefully Julia 0.5 also works.]

This package could use a new tag, however. The last tag depended on Color, and this holds back newer versions of many other packages. See discussion at JuliaLang/METADATA.jl#7947.

Worth noting that attobot makes tagging easy (it's all through the GitHub UI).
