add new article form not finished.

So the add new article form will load even if you are not logged in, and allows you to enter in the data for adding the new article.  Once you hit submit, you will see an error message that is quite vague "oh know something bad happened" - and that needs resolved.

Additionally, on success, it does the same.. So, a few tweaks are needed to get the flow working properly.
