bug : Navigation bar responsiveness issue on laptop

Description:
When shrinking the Chrome browser window on a laptop, the navigation bar layout breaks. Instead of adjusting or collapsing, items overlap.
Actual: Items overlap and break layout.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step1 - Open the Readme Design Kit webpage on a laptop.

Step2 - Use chrome or any browser.

Step3 - Resize the window to ~375–600px width.

Step4 - Observe the navigation bar breaking.

• Browser: Chrome 145
• OS: Windows 11
• Device: Laptop

Possible Solution:
Add responsive breakpoints or a collapsible menu for smaller screens.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue under Apertre 3.0.

I’ll fix the navbar responsiveness by adding proper breakpoints and a collapsible/mobile menu to prevent overlapping on smaller widths. I’ll submit a PR soon. Please assign it to me.

Some elements of the navigation bar overlap when shrinking the browser window on a laptop. This problem does not occur on smartphone screens, but specifically when resizing the desktop browser window.
