showRF = 0 is bugged #604

This is the result of setting showRF = 0.

Other non-standard config options:

needsProbe = 0
spawnNote = false

These shouldn't be affecting the issue. The rest of my config is default.

I've also tried to set rfFormat = "NONE" which resulted in TOP displaying literal{FE} in place of the RF text.
