Reload config file while playing

A command to reload the config file without having to restart the whole game would allow for fine-tuning the position of the display much more easily than the existing method of loading the game, looking at where it is, changing the value, relaunching the game, and repeating. While it's not hard to position the display along the edges of the screen, doing anything custom (like positioning it next to the crosshair) is pretty painful as things stand now.
