Validate battery performance with our motors.

Part 1: Unloaded Motors

• Collaborate with the motor team to establish a proper test environment. Conduct no-load motor testing to assess the baseline performance of the battery with our motors.
• Measure and document inrush current when motor starts from rest, current when the motor reaches a steady state, battery voltage stability under operation, and motor performance

Part 2: Conditions that mimic suit’s operational environment.

• Collaborate with the mechanical and motor team to establish a proper test environment for a load on the motors that simulates the suit’s environment.
• Measure and document inrush current when motor starts from rest, current when the motor reaches a steady state, battery voltage stability under operation, and motor performance

Outcome: A comprehensive testing plan to validate battery performance under unloaded and loaded motor conditions.

Megan and Juana: assist with testing research and development and determine testing conditions that meet safety requirements for Parts 1 and 2.
