INSERT REPORT ERROR

Hi there,

I've upgraded the DB to latest schema, but now I have this error:

Inserting report data failed ! #1364 : Field 'issue_milestone_id' doesn't have a default value

I've started from an empty DB, lunched install.php and added update-to-9 fields...

Previous version was ok ( not sure if 4 or 5), what can be wrong?

Hello,

Enable debug logs, edit includes/define.php and set LOG_SEVERITY to 0. You will get more information in logs file that I need to help you.

The variable was already set to 0, attached you’ll find the generated log…

I removed the report content which is not required...

Sorry, I forgot to update you…

probably was some mistake during setup, I did it again and now seems to work except the graphics for reports (see attached picture)…

But also that can be another my db setup problem…

I have tried a few times to do the install, but I keep getting the same error.
I will try again to make sure I don't miss any step.
