How to decrease the time required to create a video ?

How to decrease the time required to create a video ? currently i am trying out with vast.ai instance with 8X H200 gpus with 140gb vram each but it still takes nearly 9 mins to create a 1min long videos , I am using FusionX lora with 8 steps and teacache , i am looking into the possibility of using this faster and to create 5 min videos faster.

Look at our work "SoulX-FlashTalk" which is Realtime on 8xH200. It's based on InfiniteTalk but only needs 4 steps.

I just Checked it out , this is really good . Nice quality and speed with little quality loss , I am working on adding inbuilt audio and creating a gradio frontend for this .
