Can this package update to vcpkg repo?

I am using vcpkg to manage pkg dependencies. It's a burden to mantain 3rd part pkg compilation.
So hope it can be updated to vcpkg repo.

Emm... as fmtlog has been stable for a while and no planned changes in the future, you just need to copy the two header files to your project and done.
